Hey guys I’m having a problem with maybe my transmission(zf8). Basically when I’m in 1st gear, my car accelerates normal and then all of a sudden freezes for like a second but then continues like normal after. This is only happening in first gear, other than that my car shifts like normal and drives good. Could anybody help out ?

Keep in mind the car drives good and that this is only happening in first gear purely.

How many miles on it? Any service done to the transmission? Any tunes on the transmission or engine?

109,000 miles and no service to tranny, no tune as of right now, but when I got the car it did come with a vrsf charge pipe and coil overs so I’m assuming it’s been tuned in the past
