Modded 335i vs DeLorean DMC-12

Just last night I had the opportunity to test the JB3 against one of our oldest rivals: the DeLorean! (Marty from e90post happened to be the other driver)

I had the jump off the line and held it until 88 miles per hour when suddenly the DeLorean's V6 just exploded with fury and the car rocketed ahead so quickly it left burning rubber in two smoldering lines on the road! I couldnt even see the car anymore he was so far ahead! (nice run Marty )

Are these results normal for a JB3? I thought I was going to see him disappear in my rearview, but boy was I surprised! Maybe Terry can chime in here...

Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads.

Thats a pic of the Dinan Flux Capacitor, no? Any chance I could DIY this, or is this more of a dealer install?

I have to save this. In the records of 335i vs. "input the car of choice".

Too funny. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In a way it puts some of the ridiculous immature 335i kill stories in perspective. Honestly too many kids have these cars now.

That's a Dinan Stage 1, easy DIY install. Stage 2, the wiring on the city hall clock tower is a bit tricky though...
