2022 M550i upgrades / modifications
New to the threads, new to BMW. Had S4 & S6 last several years before making the switch to bimmer mid last year.
I have an alpine white m550i w executive and 20's in RF(19 RF Pirelli Snow in winter). Did not get shadowline package but i've bought the black grill, black mirror housing and wrapped my roof in M3 Satin black. I have two completely different questions that i'm looking for folks opinions on. 1. Is exhaust upgrade worth the time and money? I've read the threads where people suggesting Remus, Dinan, etc. They're all generally around the same price and I've read general feedback they don't sound overly aggressive and in some cases still a little muted for a v8. 2. Generally feelings around wrapping cars? Alpine white was not my first choice, but was a covid car and inventory was tight. My preference is always black. I'd go satin black all the way if I did this. I'm told when they wrap black on white they will make sure they go deeper into seams so no white is visible from any angle. FWIW I will probably trade car after 3 or so years. Trying to decide if I want to do both, or one, and general priority. Looking for folks general thoughts. |

Try a resonator delete. It will enhance your exhaust and only cost around $300. I wouldn’t personally drop $3k-$5k on a full exhaust system just for a three year car.
