Leatherette Scratch/Stains

I have beige leatherette, and I found recently that on my passengers side, there are 3 black lines that go all the way across the seat. I used some Meguiar's Vinyl and Rubber conditioner to see if that would take it off as it usually takes everything off, but I can't get it off. I even tried some Tide to see if that works, nope. Can anyone suggest how to get it off?

Thanks in Advance.
