Hi - I am running bm3 Stage 1 tune on my 2016 328i. Its at 32229 miles now. Been tuned for the past 10K miles. I have been changing oil every 5K miles, and curious when should I change the spark plugs. Any input appreciated.

Typically you don't need to deviate from the maintenance schedule, which for your car is plugs at 60k miles. But if your logs are showing bad things or (like me) you recently bought a used bimmer and you're unsure what the previous owner did, then yeah go ahead and change em

People generally cut the spark plug change interval in half if they are tuned. So 30k tuned miles you can preventatively change them. If you are going to DIY its cheap anyways, so i would do it before you start having noticeable problems.

cheap and easy, i was doing 25k intervals when on stage 1.

I only change the interval if your tracking the car....but if this your DD then 60k schedule is fine.
