Little Dent! Plz give feedback!
Okay... so today my friend's subaru backed into my car by accident... and thers this small star-like dent on the back. its not visible until u stare at the back bumper and you see a small discontunity on that small back bumper line that goes around the entire body piece...
anyways... would you guys happen to know how much it would cost to remove the little dent from a BMW shop? i'd like to get this done pretty fast... id rather have small scratches than a star dent naa mean. sorry for the crappy picture... but it was the best i could do... A golf ball hit my car the other week, don't ask how cause I couldnt believe it either. Anyways its a dime sized dent on my rear passenger door. PDR (Paintless dent removal) was gonna cost ~150 per panel at the dealer here in NYC. Should be similar in cali.

he is on the bumper though I dont think PDR is an option. Especially the way he is decribing it on the bumper line. I would say PDR is not an option. Someone with more knowledge would have to anwser that. Chris

Take a heat gun and put it on the area where the damage is but not to close.
- It should bounce back with a very slight mark. If you can get behind it take the head (handle) of a screwdriver that is rounded and rub it on the back of the cover when heating. This should smooth it out but be careful not to push too hard. DO NOT TOUCH THE PAINT WHEN HEATING. This may not get it perfect but it will help. The picture does not look that bad. Hope this helps
