OEM sideskirts need quite a bit of modification to fit on the e92's... but M-Force Design has made custom M3 sideskirts for the e92:

Is it just me, or do your sideskirts still not fit right? Looks like they are noticeably off in the front and back... *shrug*

They look off. But I'm assuming you haven't gone back to get them done again like you say. I have been around many 335i's with M3 skirts here in SoCal and have yet to see a proper fitting pair. Just my $0.02

honestly it sticks out in this pic WAY more than in person. Alot of people ahve seen them in person and you have to be really really anal for it to bother you. I wish i could show you some pics of a members oem skirts and how they fit 110%, but he doesnt want the pics up.
i paid 500 total paint/parts/etc and well worth it, i rather have done this and be a first with m3 skirts than wait forever and deal with the hassle in that GB. |

It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get OEM M3 skirts to fit right. If you look at the flat part that goes around the rear wheel arch on a 335, it is thicker, than it is on an M3, by about .5 inch. This means that the M3 skirt also has that same measurement that just doesnt match up with a 335. PLUS the M3 skirt flares out slightly in the rear-which could easily be fixed, but the wheel arch line, is the main issue, as well as the M3 skirt being too long. Here is my NON M, e92 with OEM skirt on, notice how it looks like it fits perfect......
... .... ... ... ... .... ...Well it doesn't, Its an illusion created using black vinyl. You can see how much the skirt would need to be cut, for it to fit right. I would just get the M3 skirts from the vender selling the ones that actually fit right so you dont have to go through all this trouble. I also used a small zip tie to pull the skirt in towards the body of the car, to get rid of the flare as much as possible. But take a look at how the fender arch line on the E92 is about .5 inches wider than the arch line on the M3 skirt |

I'll post pictures of mine closer up, but i think mine are the best I've seen. What I did was heat and shave the back side of the side skirt on both the front and rear part. I heated it to melt the plastic so that i can make it conform to where I wanted it. I also drilled the holes bigger on the top and bottom to push the side skirt forward a little. You also have to push the 4 clips back a little so that they will clip in. If that makes sense???? It took a while but its very damn close to perfect.

He wanted OEM M3 side skirt pics. I thought yours are M-Force? M-Force skirts still need to be modified? If that the case why are people buying them?

Oh... well, I saw MarinoB and he got the M-Force skirts, so I thought I'd put mine up too... plus, I wasn't sure if OP was aware there were aftermarket M3 sideskirts available for his e92...
