I am always dubious about businesses that try and give you the impression that they are UK based when there is no way to find out where they are really based.
This one give the address of "11, The Green, Richmond, Surrey, TW9 1PX", that is a residential house with many businesses being registered there. Not the sort of place where anything could be stored or despatched from.
Could you please tell us who you are and where you are based?

Not the best first post but a quick glance on companies house and google maps reveals:

That 'residential' address is Moore & Barlow - a legal firm, so presumably being used for accountancy purposes. Obviously they aren't going to be storing stock there.

Looking on Companies House it looks like it's been going for 5 years, so not exactly a fly by night operation.

It would appear that they are a broker not a retailer. Parts seem to come from individual dealers for instance.
