Paint Sealent

I am planning to purchase a new 330i and the salesman is trying to convince me to buy paint sealent - which is applied locally - for $500. Worth it? Will I need to wax it less? Or is it just something to add on to get the guy more commission?

It is considered by most to be a waste of money. It's a way for dealers to increase their profit. It's not worth more that about 25 bucks. Don't waste your money.

Agreed with the above two posters.

What he is trying to sell you is a scam. An expensive one at that. Zaino will do the job a lot better for a lot less.
