This is ridiculous, info banner said 4 posts 1 hour, I have 30 rep, 17 posts and a bunch of posts in the off topic section but still no pm

Does it have to be manually triggered by a mod?

I recall that OT posts don't count toward your post count but clearly your post count below your same are sufficient. Mods must be away...

Fixed that for you. More likely an immoral user, looking for stolen coding or (virus-riddled) pirated software that is only available via PM.

In addition to all of the above, keep in mind that the system looks at garbage posts by a new user and counts them in its PM score. Each garbage post results in another 100 regular posts being needed.....

But for real, it's more of a challenge now, it must be a manual trigger or counting hidden things since the 4 post 1 hour obv didn't work for me.
So I was curious if anyone knew exactly what's going on, but clearly no one has any idea.
