So I left my house in San Francisco this morning for an appointment in Napa and saw 4 M2's in one day! Normally I see one or two a month.

I think I've seen about 4 since I got my car a year and a half ago. All I see here in San Diego is Mustangs and Teslas

I drove literally all of CA last week, and saw one white OG stuck with me in traffic on the Bay bridge. Meanwhile I saw plenty of M3/4/5s

Definitely a record sighting for 1 day! I just drove to LA and finally saw 1 in the wild!

This is so true… I live by North Austin area and so far in the past 8 months since I have owned my M2C and drove around yet to see another M2C pass by.
Have seen one OGM2 so far .. but more m3/m4s

I have seen 3 total ever, 2 comps and 1 og.

But at the track last weekend the M2 was very well represented, there were 5 comps and 3 or 4 OGs.

I'm not sure if they were Comp's or OG's. One at the gas station I passed was an OG with blue calipers and one was definitely a Comp but the other two were flashes.

Today was the second time I’ve seen an m2 piloted by a gorgeous woman. The other time it was a comp. Neither returned my “thumbs up”

Coming from the WRX community, I miss the peace ✌️signs we'd throw up as we'd pass each other. I was looking forward to a similar on-the-road community while driving around in the M2, but I have yet to see another on the road. It feels special and rare.

I have gotten a few over the years with some of the M cars I have owned.

But the most thumbs up I ever got was the GTI community. When I owned one.

This was a surprise for me as well, since i am used to seeing a lot of M cars in Chicago - well when there is no snow. The M2 is rare, heck i was in LA not too long ago and even there i was expecting to see more of them. It's cool!
