a simple retune could do it with the n52 engine...yet no one has really forged the vavletronic engines and tuning...give it time and it will happen

no chip on an na motor will give you 20hp.

once more bolt ons start being produced, 20hp should be pretty easy. I guess.
Intake, exhaust, headers. The headers on my last car (acura tl-s) gave me 33hp alone!
