Hello BimmerPost!

It's been a short minute but I am finally back to the BMW Community!

Long story short, I traded my X7 to get a GLE63S (was looking for something faster) and I absolutely hated it.. After a long 6 month period, I decided to trade it back in and picked up a 22' LCI Alpine White M5 Competition for my daily while also picking up a 22' Tahoe Z71 for my SUV needs.

Of course, the mod bug never really goes away.. so here we are again with another build thread..

Just a small review of cars I've had prior to this LCI F90...

LCI vs Pre-LCI F90
Coming back into the F90, we obviously get the new headlights/taillights but the thing that I noticed most was the powerband and also the suspension. The LCI F90 feels MUCH better on the road on bumps and turns. The power for the car seems more even throughout compared to before. Build quality also feels better throughout the cabin!

Now enough of the stories and on to the actual BUILD. Ben with RG Sport in Irwindale, CA is always my go to and over the years, we have become close friends and he's the only person that I let take care of my car. HUGE shoutout to r33_RGSport !!!

Awesome build! Just wondering if you notice any any stopping power differences after changing the break pads to the ones you say it doesn't have the squeaking sound!

Hi There! No stopping power differences at all under cold/hot conditions. It is exactly the same as stock.

Wow Beautiful build and mods. How long did it take to get your Vossen wheels? And how is the ride on those 21s?

Thanks!! Vossen wheels took about 5 weeks to get.

Ride on 21s are pretty much the same as 20s. Just a lad bit rougher. Running Michelin PS4S helps as well to keep it soft/quieter than the OEM 20s.

Looks lovely! Just picked up an LCI myself, they're stunning looking cars!

Do you have any videos of the Akrapovic? Also have an LCI and looking to do something with the exhaust, but hard to find videos on LCI models.

Sorry, but I don't have any videos and honestly, the videos that are out there does it no justice. It sounds much better in person.

If I were to compare the sound to a video, this was the only video that I found that was "closest" in terms of sound.

When driving in comfort mode, the exhaust is almost non-existent. If you are looking for something that is LOUD, this isn't it. The sound is unique and just the perfect decibel when in Sports/Sports+ mode with some pops/burbles here and there but literally all of that goes away in comfort mode under normal acceleration. Heavy acceleration in comfort mode (high rpms) opens the valves and it screams.
