My wife's M50i build

While I have had a build number for some time but it wasn't showing up on the BMW tracking site. Anyway it finally showed up today. We think it was taking some time due to the individual color.

2022 X7 M50i Ruby Red with Cognac interior (wanted Tartufo, her car she won). I got the dreaded 6UX which is the idrive controller, but so far my dealer has received a few with that code and the touch still worked. Everything else seems to be there accept the B&W which they wouldnt let me add. Crossing my fingers.

Anyway, my 3rd time going through the build process, here we go!

Same here, bought my 750 from him. We had already owned the M3 and X5 when we moved to the area.

Just moved out of the North burbs myself. Can’t say I miss it. Especially right now with the snow.

Not as near you guys but I'm here in Naperville! That's a beautiful spec OP. Wish you could've won her over for the merino leather. It is miles above the Vernasca leather (IMO).

Oh believe me I have tried, I have had Merino before and I love it. I dont know why they dont offer it in Cognac.

But the name is what my dad called me as a kid.

Here we go scheduled for production. I know there are hacks to see more detail, when does that start, when its in production?

Press F12 in Chrome. Go to Application. Click on the session storage located on the left panel. Then you can lookup the production details.

There should be a production date. That's the approximately date your car will be finished or starting to really building. Mine is 4/11 so I'm unsure.
