Hello all, I bought a roof rack from a dealership that is quite far from me (was like 30% discount). However, seems like the allen head M7 bolt that came was faulty for one of the racks (the threads were messed up), and I am not sure how I can get a replacement. Does BMW have spares? I can’t imagine waiting for another return and replacement again (it takes 7 days to get here and I have a ski trip next week).

I noticed there is a “Original BMW Set of mounting bolts M7” (82792455383) which seems to match the one on the G20 roof rack. Any BMW experts? Thank you
