M-sport Kit on my U.S. E90
I bought my E90 330i on the 13th of April. It was a demonstrator with 700 miles on it. It was said that it had been ordered in special an assigned to the new car sales manager. He only had it for 2 weeks. It's loaded, it is Titanium silver, black leather interior, cold weather, premium and sport packages. auto trans, active stering, comfort access, nav, sat radio and an "M Aerodynamic Kit", a $2,595 option. It loks like it sets alittle lower than the normal 330i with sport package. With the 18" wheels and the sport package it rides really low in the front. So low that me or my wife will take it off on a parking stop if we are not really carful. I have not seen another one like it yet. I was told it was a limited option and I wouldn't see many more till the M3 comes out in 2008? Does anyone know if this is true? Or were they just blowing smoke up my... you know what.

As long as the M package isn't available in the U.S., your car is pretty unique! Good pick!

Yes ADHD, the pictures in your link is the kit that came on my car. I will try to post some pictures tonight. The battery was dead in my digital camra last night. The only difference is I don't have what looks like a single light in the front just off center. Not sure what that is.

looks to me like the only thing different is the rear apron!
the front end is exactly the same just the lower grilles where the fogs are do not have a piece across them they took those off! kinda looks good to Im going to have to go in the garage and look at how i can take mine off! Are the side skirts any different than normal?? cant tell in the pics! |

I think this is the first car from an U.S. dealer that I've seen equipped with the M-sport package... very nice find.

but he still got the 162s instead of the M sport wheels so it's probably just the body kit itself and not the same one as the ones in EU. The kit is available for purchase now. It was in an article that another member posted and it includes the CF rear spoiler too.

The interior is standard, Booo..no M stuff. I think the side skirts are different form standard though. I just took those 3 pics quickly last night when I got home form the office. Sorry I should have picked up the side in on of the shots. I will shoot some of the side skirts tonight and upload.

Jason, my brother-in-law stopped by Shelly BMW the day after I bought mine and someone in the sales Dept. told him that they had only one but it sold as soon as it came in.
