As many other (im)patient people here, I log into BMW USA frequently to look for progress for my build. I don't know if updates are made during the weekends and how the actual production system at plant level is updating the customer facing system (website).
I have now been in 150 for 10 days. Last call (1014) to Genius said production had been started 1006 with completion date 1020, in other words 4 days to completion from today(?!).

Sorry about the rambling! Question was really; is it meaningful to look for updates over the weekend?

Check Mon-Fri since the German plants are usually closed on weekends

Mine only updated on the weekdays.

Also was 150 for almost two weeks then completed the last steps in 4 days (although mine was two business days late from the estimate).

I think I checked every day too many times a day. I eventually tried to limit myself to once a day for sanity purposes. I can't say I remember a particular update pattern though. If they would just implement a system where you could get email notifications for each dot they'd probably save on a lot of website bandwidth...

They update late in the evening, during the night and early in the morning in the US. Think business hours in Germany. I know because I saw changes happen when checking several times a day including last thing at night and first thing in the mornings.
