how do I keep the TP sensor on 3.0I sport wheels?

Hey guys, like the title says, how do I keep the OEM TP sensors?
I sold the rims and have the Miro M6 replica's on the way, and I'd like to transfer the TPS's to the new M6 wheels.
Also, do the center caps just pop out? how much for new ones, and where can I get some? thanks a lot for reading this, as well as for any help or advice you can spare.

Your '04 doesn't use/need dedicated tire pressure sensors. Your ABS sensors monitor your tire pressure (indirectly).

2005 still uses ABS.

Believe the transition year is 2007 for TPMS.
