Center console armrest pad?

Does anyone know of a custom center armrest pad for our cars? I'm a leaner and I've already noticed that my console pad is starting to show it. Thanks in advance

I had my door armrest replaced under warranty on my F80 because of this, but I suppose if you're a leaner with no plans to change, it won't do you much good. I keep my hands at 9 and 3 a majority of the time, in my case it was an executive demo, so likely happened in just that 1000 miles before me.

Thanks for the reply, and I appreciate what you are saying. If I’m driving country roads or curvy roads I always drive with hands at 9-3, but if I’m on an interstate for hours my elbows are on the door armrest and console pad. Oh, and I’m 78 if that makes a difference.
