Honestly the titanium M Performance exhaust is v nice, and works well with the stock setup. Pricey for sure, but what I've heard it sounds really great to my ears. Just my two cents…

I second that about the BMW M titanium exhaust. I'm actually going to be getting this for my F90 in the winter.

Probably spent to many hours and days myself trying to find the best sounding exhaust and agree with the last to posts. The m performance exhaust seems to sound amazing. That and the akrapovic would be the best sounding imho without having to do dp’s. Shame they are an arm and a leg to get. Would be nice to do a group buy on them.

Not bad for titanium exhaust, does it comes with cats also? Or is it just catback

There was a thread going when it was release how it was or wasn't a full titanium exhaust only partial. Not sure its been answer or shown but I'd like to see one fully laid out.

Still debating between a resonator delete/straight pipe and the MPE. I really cannot decide one way or another

Wondering if its the complete exhaust (including the mid pipe too) or just the cat back only? Wondering if any vendors here and beat that price... Very interested.

Damn that is what I was afraid of. That extra mid piece makes a difference in sound from what I've heard.

Is the MPE you get OEM a complete system or is it cat back only?

Literally answered multiple times above. It's from the second cat back. And only the muffler is titanium if i recall from the actual exhaust thread where this should be migrated too.

Welcome to the forum and : is your friend.

I've installed a full remus catback with catless downpipes on mine. I love it!

Maverik …save the snide comments and read my question again…..I was wondering if there is a difference between the OEM version of the MPE that is installed at the factory vs. aftermarket.

If it's been specifically answered, please copy and paste the link. Otherwise, go play on Twitter that is better suited to intolerant attitudes.

Umm…I did read your question. In fact I quoted it. Seemed pretty simple. It's a cat back exhaust. Sorry didn't know you would get offended so easily by asking new members to simply use the search function before flooding threads with repeated questions that one could simply determine on their own.

Again, sorry to offend. Have a kind day.

So finally got the wife in the car and oddly enough she actually likes it much better. she has RBE (resting bitch ears; her words) and has always hated the low hum of the M5. Now she says it's gone. Which I have to agree. With the Valves closed and comfort settings it is much smoother and 550i like which works for me if it gets her off my back about driving my car to do errands etc haha.

Still do love the sound it makes in sport+ valves off on start up. God forbid you're standing behind me when she goes off. Lol
