F30 headrest in F44

Can you swap the F44 (228i GC Msport) with headrests from a F30.

The stock headrests don’t have any horizontal movement and are tilted forward a lot.

I can’t get a seat position where they don’t touch my head. F30 headrests do have some horizantal movement

Can I buy a set of f30 ones and swap? Are the rails/holes the same size?

If there is another option I’m all ears

People actually rest their head on headrests?? I don't think my head has ever touched one. lol
