Alright so I have a Remus Race + Resonated AA EL sitting in my garage (still in box) & I’m truly debating if I made the right decision as I really don’t want to be spending 4K for exhaust setup that only has a nice “tone” but is not louder DB wise. So after reading a few write ups I want swap with either AA Single or Non Res EL but now the tough decision of going with the proven mid-pipe “single” that has no issues of serious concern sounds great & is noticeably louder than stock or go with the EL which gives car unique sound but take chance of having more issues in regards to drone, fitment etc..

Update* fuck it just going to install set-up as is & make decision from there if anything I’m sure I can find someone with single willing to swap down the road. After install on Tuesday I will give my overall impression of fitment sound etc & post a few videos .

Probably the best decision. Someone will buy it so you'll lose a couple hundred but you'll be able to better find the setup that suits you.

AA EL resonated paired with Remus Race.. Honestly you can’t go by what people say on forums. Pops & I did install was plug & play no serious clearance fitment issues or rattles if you take time to adjust pipes correctly & the exhaust note is 🔥 especially when accelerating into full WOT if you can’t tell the difference between this and stock you need to get your ears checked ASAP❗️For a daily driver this now completes car how it should of came from factory, real happy with outcome after waiting these few months.

Hey. So i'm the other guy with the same set up as you. I'm not going crazy cuz a few other people with the OG M2 sat in my car and they said the same thing as me. There is a lot of drone from 2800-3200 rpm. Do you have that?

In your video you rev the car, mine is fine when doing that. But when warmed up and driving, or sound under load, can you hear the exhaust when inside the car?

I'm starting to think that either there's some major install issues with mine (even though they looked it over twice), or some other issue with the parts.

How far are you from Michigan? If we could meet up so you could take a look at my install that would be great. The sound is the main reason I'm even having second thoughts about this car. If I can get that aspect fixed I'd be a happy camper.

With ya there bud. I actually ordered the titanium axleback that I'm hopefully gonna pair with my EL midpipe. It's currently on backorder so I have no idea when it will be done.

Very interested in hearing about how that goes for you... GT Haus/Meisterschaft are good quality from my experience! But don't seem to be a lot of people on here with GT Haus on M2 comps from what I can tell. Please post updates when you get it!
