A/C horror

A week for our vacation with the X5 45e I went to my dealer because the a/c wasn't cooling enough.

Compressor and valves need to be replaced. Items are on backorder and are expected mid september

Hopefully!

I get a X5 30d with minimal options in the meantime. They won't give the 45e back because apparantly the a/c is also used for cooling the battery.

well at least you dont have to put mileage on your vehicle. i think you will live without your options ;P

Ugh, what a nightmare. We don't spend all this money on these cars just to not have them when we need them most. You have my full sympathy. How many miles and how long have you had car?

Will they cover monthly payments while your car is disabled?

I have the car from July 2020. Not many mileage because of COVID. So I was looking forward to go on vacation with the car.

I really don't get it there are no spare parts and I have to wait at least 2 months with the car at the dealer.

How many G05's are produced daily? But they don't have spare parts?
This is totally unacceptable for a premium brand and a +100K car.

No. I get a X5 loaner but not as well equipped as mine.
