2012 Auto 335i E93 *Bad rod bearing*

Looking for offers to got out of this car. Has 82k miles and what i think is rod bearing seen here https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1829921 Seems like too much work for me and just want to get rid of car and pay the remaining loan... Car is in good shape with rock chips and minor scratches here and there.. Clean title ready to go.
The car runs and i have only ran it since hearing knock to try to pin point issue.

That's a rod bearing for sure. Too bad, she's a beaut! Another n55 bites the dust. Hopefully someone will revive her.

Yeah going to take to a shop and just have new bearing pit in.. Would do myself but not a one day job and i cant be leaving the car up on jacks if i am not working on it.. Just have to come up with the money, until then its still for sale.. If the bearings work.. I will probably sell it anyways but of course more money.
