BOV from Burger/Turbosmart

Anyone else having issues with inconsistent actuation and/or limp mode after installing the S55 BOV? Performance varies from either not actuating...to leaking boost when I should be building... to occasionally (it seems) triggering reduced power mode upon actuation

Have you got a tune to match the BOV? is the BOV correctly electrically connected? The stock S55 is not designed to run a BOV.

It uses a neat trick of opening up the throttle on the overrun and not injecting anything to keep the air circulating and the turbos spooled.

Not sure why one would need a BOV unless you have very large turbos or have removed the OEM spool up strategy...
