Talking CTS Turbo 3″ Stainless Steel High-Flow CATS BMW S55 F80 F82 F87 M3/M4/M2 Competition

CTS Turbo is proud to announce the release of our High-Flow CATS for BMW F80/F82 M3/M4/M2 Competition

Our stainless steel high-flow CAT downpipes allow for faster spool, better transient boost response, higher boost, and great sound. Our downpipes are the first part of our modular exhaust system and are compatible with factory mid-pipes and our upcoming CTS Turbo mid-pipes. You should expect strong torque gains when paired with appropriate tuning software. We used CAD simulation to streamline the flow of exhaust gasses and ensure seamless integration with the factory and CTS exhaust components. Many hours of R&D were spent to ensure a perfect fit, smooth exhaust flow, and excellent sound.

Use of Bootmod3 software compatible and is strongly recommended. CEL will illuminate if correct software tuning is not used.

Features:

Large 3″
Durable 304 food-grade stainless steel
Laser-cut flanges
Factory-like placement of O2 sensors
Designed using the latest 3D scanning technology
Exhaust flow simulated with CAD software to ensure optimal flow routing
Perfect fit with factory or aftermarket mid-pipes
Aggressive sound – really makes that S55 scream

Fitment:

2015+ BMW S55 M3 (North America)
2015+ BMW S55 M4 (North America)
2018+ BMW S55 M2C (North America)

Per forum rules, I'm not allowed to post a link on here. These downpipes do not come with a no CEL guarantee. Only Active Autowerke and Akrapovic come with that guarantee

Why North America fitment stated when the downpipes are not region dependent? Is this because the O2 sensors are not in the factory position but "factory-like"

Nice to see it has the flex joints.. Also looks like the cats are slimmer than others which may allow for easier fitment.

Anyone purchase these? Dyno results? I am thinking of removing my AA cat-less ones for these to eliminate the extreme rasp I'm getting with the EL mid pipes.

Power increase on the stock turbos is the same with catless or high flow catted.

You'll me ~10-15 more whp with catless on full E85 but that's about it.

Wanted to post since I finally got some time to install these on our 2020 M2 Comp today. Actually twice ever doing them on an M2 comp since we had a 19 prior, felt the same lol. Did from all underneath like last time. Fairly easy job, just time consuming. Feels good, sounds perfect! Can't believe how different a high flow catted dp setup sounds is to a resonated one which I had last time. Would say not much louder which imho is perfect. Removed all burbles with BM3 and cold start function, very happy customer!

Thanks again Mike for getting these out to us!
