Vibration only around 40MPH

so ever since I got that car around 40mph I get a vibration and disappears if I go 5 miles under or over. Originally I blamed it on the tires that I still need to replace. However I did the valve cover and valvetronic gasket 2 weeks ago. The vibration disappeared for a few days and than came back. I did relearn the valvetronic start stop limits and also noticed that the previous owner replaced 5 out of the six ignition coils. could the one mismatched coil cause something like that. I'm not getting any error messages at all.

Usually vehicle speed specific vibrations are in the driveshaft.

Go coast down a modest hill at a steady 40mph, in drive, then in neutral. If the vibration persists it's not the engine.

Lol I can’t tell if you’re serious or not, but yes… same diff. If you really want to go for the adrenaline, just kill the engine altogether for 100% certainty . But don’t…
