I’ve had a set of Vogtland spring in one of my previous cars and I was very satisfied.
They lowered the car 35/35. Progressive springs. As one of my friends said, “It corners like an M3” Hehe.

The ride was still comfortable after it had been lowered and I had no problems with bump or anything. Actually I’ve been looking for the Vogtland springs for my own E90. It looks pretty cool when lowered.

This E90 is lowered 40/40 i think with Vogtland.

If you want comfort, dont consider really low springs from any brand. The lower the car is, the harsher the ride. I have H&R sports and koni yellow sport dampers and my car is still comfortable.

That true. I wouldn´t want to lower my cars more than 40 mm.

I'll have some installed in the next couple of weeks. The parts show up next week and I'll get them installed by the end of the month. I'll post pics and feedback then.

Vogtland lowering

OK, let's clear something up. There is ONLY one sport spring set up from vogtland. They lower the e90 as follows:

Front - 1.6in drop
Rear - 0.8in drop

Thats a 40mm drop up front and a 20-25mm drop in the rear. As you may have noticed on the e90.. there is slightly more fender gap up front than in the rear. Vogtland has specifically chosen these spring parameters to ensure the car looks properly lowered with the same fender gap in the rear as in the front.

By comparison, H&R sport and Eibach springs tend to lower the car more evenly from stock and if you will notice pictures of users who have posted.. They will tend to have more fender gap up front than they do in the rear.

One guy on the forum as them, on an SG E90. Matsarge or some variation is his screen name. He has them paired with FSD and loves it. He quoted it was a minimal 25mm drop.

The member you are referring to I think is Carnage. he posted on this thread above. Looks like he was mis-informed by his local tune shop. The Vogtland spring set is and 40mm drop up front and a 25mm drop in rear. There is no spring from Vogtland that will lower the front 25mm that can be paired with a rear spring of the same drop. In addition there is no 40mm spring for the rear that can be paired with the 40mm spring for the front.
