No probs with mine - I use the rechargable pack though - unlike the PS3 - once these are knacked - you don't need to throw the controller away ;-)

I've had a PS2 controller fail - wire broke. No problems with PS3/Dreamcast/Wii/Xbox or Xbox 360 controllers so far.

Not played COD4 for a while but do still have it - great with a bunch of mates.

Ill check the manufacture date Paul but it's had very little use.

Console, 2 wireless controllers, 20gb HDD - £100 + post and packing at cost?

Not to rain on your parade because you probably would get that on ebay - but, I bought my 2nd 360 from Sainsburys for £100 new (only 1 controller mind and hard disk was an extra £20 from M$)

Good luck with the sale tho.

Should have said - depending on the manufacture date will get you more dosh if people are looking to "chip" it.....

Yes - its dependant on the DVD drive you have in the box - the latest ones can't be flashed BUT you can remove it and inject the key from the 360 into a flashable DVD drive - this costs twice as much to do as a box that doesn't have that drive.

Why did you chuck it - they have a 3yr warranty for that fault? As you figured - "chipped" boxes are not to be used on Live.
