The wheels are temporary. Been waiting on Strasse forged wheels for about 3 months now. Hopefully get them in a week or so.

Can these transmissions actually handle the extra power and torque? I know in the DCT a world there are upgraded clutches...

I’m in Gilbert, AZ so snow is not an issue, but traction is.
I’m still trying to get the tuning all sorted out. Sharing right now will honestly be pointless because I’m still logging and having adjustments made. I’ll definitely share soon, and I also have a half mile event coming up in early March. My elevation is 1300 and DA at 3000ft and on that run using 91pump with a daily/street tune I did 6.1 60-130mph. That was before I installed the coolers. I’m hoping to be in the mid 4s on race fuel. The transmission so far has had no issues and feels fine. If it does blow then we go bigger ![]() Unfortunately mine is the 2020 model so TCU tuning I don’t believe is available yet. I have no idea how to post a video on here but I have a couple on my Instagram EvilM5c. |

Great build and aesthetics. ZF 8sp is rated for something like 780lb-ft. Definitely playing with fire there.
Why catless? Sounds pretty rough. Would 200cell cats really reduce output noticeably?
