Oil temp low Coolant temp fine

Coolant temp comes up fine, even on these single-digit days it hit 90c within 10-15min and stays there.
Engine OIL temp however doesn't come up to normal range. I'm hovering around 160f.
Is there a thermostat within the oil loop?

Thx.
Kevin

Are your drives just 10-15 minutes?

This is to be expected at that low of temperatures. I have seen the oil temp never fully get to operating temps during these rather cold winter days. If you are driving more city it will likely increase a bit quicker. But at highway speeds I noted that the engine just isn't stressed enough at 70mph with the cold wind cooling things down. If you are going on a longer trip out. Keep the gearbox in 6th or 7th gear for a bit. Should see the temps come up.

Thanks for the replies, guys. It was a 30 minute highway/secondary road ride this AM that I noticed the low oil temps.
