As controversial as BMW designs have been lately, that Mercedes just looks so dull in the thumbnail compared to the BMW.

I'd argue that the M5 is likely BMW's least controversial design, but I agree that it still looks so much more aggressive than the Mercedes. Mercedes AMG are pretty tame in general outside of their AMG GT or Black Series.
