Is there an OPF filter in my exhaust?

I was looking at some aftermarket exhaust and wanted to do a resonator delete. When I lifted my car up today to my surprise there is no resonator as pointed out in the below picture. (I borrowed this pic from any other thread hope the op wont’t mind) There is just a straight pipe from the OPF/cat whatever you call it to the muffler. I am wondering if that’s what US spec cars without the OPF looks like? My car is EUR spec but I have been told that production batch 04/2019 doesn’t have OPF. I am confused as I want to do the resonator delete but don’t want to cause any CEL. Many thanks!!
