USB memory size. 32 OR 64 GB

I'm going to update the NAV but I'm seeing conflicting information on memory size in addition to file format.

ex, FAT32 won't format 64GB.

exFAT will format 64GB but the NAV system won't update.

I'm a little confused.

64GB sticks work fine but as you say the problem is it needs to be FAT32 and not exFAT. Windows refuses to format anything over 32GB as FAT32 but you can do it using another utility like fat32format. Take a look here:

I use 256 GB stick formatted to NTFS in Windows and it works perfectly fine.

I use a 64Gb stick formatted to NTFS and it works with no issues on my 2015 though I have read that on some cars NTFS won’t work.

As mentioned above, that's not correct, while the GUI won't format FAT32 over 32GB, you can do it from CLI or using one of many utilities.

Thanks everyone. I bought a 64GB stick and it had been formatted at FAT32.
