X3 2020 sDrive30i (RWD) anti roll options

Hi folks. Newbie here and to BMW ownership. I have a 2020 X3 sDrive30i with standard suspension. There’s significant body roll around corners or when going over bumps, even at the low speeds. I have an 11month old baby who doesn’t enjoy the side to side swings. So I’m looking to fix it. Wondering what my options are. Leaning towards a sway bar, but the shop I approached said that there may be difficulties associated with finding a suitable sway bar since most all options on the market are for xDrive only, not sDrive. Same story with coilovers. Is this true? What are my options?

(Body roll aside, I love this car!)

Thank you all for weighing in!

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your X3. What size wheels did you end up with? I have a fully loaded, except for adaptive suspension, 2019 X3 sDrive30i. I don't experience 'significant body roll around corners or over bumps' and/or 'side to side swings.'

I'm wondering if your tire pressures may be wrong, exacerbating the issues you describe.

Thanks! I appreciate it.
Hmm. So the tires are 20”. The pressure was double checked by the dealership I got the vehicle from. I can check what the exact numbers are if you think that’s useful info. However, I doubt just the tire pressure could be causing the excessive body roll? Please bare in mind, this is my first SUV, so perhaps my frame of reference is skewed towards cars? My previous car was a Mercedes C300.

I think you might just not be used to an SUV possibly. I definitely wouldn’t call even the base bmw suspension wobbly.

Sway bars keep the vehicle flat during cornering. Sounds like you need a car with softer shocks or suspension.

Thanks all. So the original question was if there are aftermarket sway bars (or coilovers) in existence for sDrive.
