BMS Meth kit 1 Gallon Tank Tap

I recently purchased a BMS Meth Kit, with the 1 Gallon Tank.

The tank needs to be thread tapped to connect the meth line to it. BMS Advertises a "1/4 inch tap".

The correct tap is 1/8-27 NPT, hopefully the site is updated soon, and no one else has such a hard time figuring out the correct size.

Do it. I just installed the AEM kit a few weeks back. Day and night difference. Running E50-E60 in the tank with a 70/30 meth mix with the BMS BM10 single nozzle. The car moves and just runs way smoother through the power band.

The fitting is 1/4" NPT for the tank, it's in the WMI guide.

Absolutely. Day and night difference. You'll never go back to straight pump.

Mine was very definitely not 1/4 NPT. The incorrect guide is why i posted it lol

In fact some of the install guide is a little dated. Might be good to re-visit that

Mine had a loose injector issue, which i just found today with ando and terry's help (guys at BMS). It seems one of them was shipped to me with the injector insert only partially screwed in. Sorta a pain figuring it out but otherwise its been good.

Maybe you were sent the wrong fitting then? The solenoid uses 1/8" NPT fitting, tank 1/4" NPT 90 degree fitting.

Possibly, my fitting was straight, not 90 degrees.
