For sale is a never-used Dinan short shifter for BMW 3-Series. This will easily fit in the E92 RWD but I've tried to fit it in the AWD E92 with no luck.
Anyway, this shifter is said to decrease shift length by 25%-35%. It is very well made and does not require any grease as it comes greased in the blue casing.
This is a very good offer, goes for $185 new. There are a few scratches from the install but they will not affect its performance at all and it is super smooth. $150 firm. Willing to ship at buyers expense. Located near Chicago IL.

I have a similar Dinan shifter in my 540. Excellent product, the sealed bearing is a very nice upgrade over stock.
