Amg brakes on 335i

I was recently browsing on offer up and I found a listing with pictures of amg 8 piston brakes from a e63 on the front wheels. The guy said it was a direct bolt on and I was wondering if anyone would know if this is true because if so the value is amazing like $800 for the caliper and rotors.

Direct bolt on meaning: we machined an adapter to mount the AMG caliper onto BMW upright and over m3 rotor. It’s a kit. It has been done before and there a companies that make kits for a lot of different make and models. However, I’m not certain if this would be an upgrade at all other than cosmetics. Get the piston size and calculate.

Heavy Mercedes reference point is invalid as they might perform worse that light Fiat brakes when installed on your BMW. Make and model, heavy or light is irrelevant. Need to match the master brake cylinder.
