N54 30ff code please help

So I was getting the 30ff code and traced some of my vacuum lines and found the two plastic nipples on the bottom of the thing in the picture are broken can someone please help me figure out what that is called so I can order a new one

I had to order this for a buddy when his broke. I know this picture of the part doesn't look like the correct shape/part, but the line from the brake booster connects to it so I'm sure it's correct.

Would that cause a boost leak if it goes to brakes?

Yes, because those two small vacuum lines goes to the vacuum canisters for your turbos
