It was but with so many gorgeous finishes, it was really hard to decide until finally I just said heck with it and went with my favorite color in the world. I love my mid-life crisis rims!

Wow, the finish on those things is SO pristine they almost look backlit! I'm interested in seeing them on, (I'm sure you can't wait!), but mostly I want to see the contrast between the stealth wrap and hyper shine wheels. It feels a bit disjointed with the body gloss gone just seeing the wheels propped up against the car for now.

Is the wrap the 'clear' matte showing the Alpine beneath, or is it an actual white wrap?

It's a clear matte showing the alpine white beneath. I find it's really hard to get a good view of the wrap in photos. After seeing the wheels in person finally, I started to think like you about gloss on gloss. You may be right but I'll be content either way.

Whether they are right for the car or not I just fell in love with that finish, like you said, it almost looks backlit. I just had to get it.
