Built AT or DCT Swap?

I have future plans to push out around 550 wtq and also want to keep the car for a while. I think that's about the limit for the At transmission. If so, would it be wiser for me to get the old AT rebuilt so it can hold the power better or should I just go with a DCT swap? I'm not sure what the limit of a DCT is or how much it would run me, but the AT rebuild would be around $3.5k-$4k.

NO I WILL NOT MANUAL SWAP
