B47 320d trapped air

Hi, how do i properly bleed my 320d 2016 if i have trapped air inside of my engine? Ive search the Internet for hours. Every thread and every clip on the tube explains how to bleed a BMW with electrical water pump... This does not help me at all since the B47s pump is mechanical

The pump is running. I know this because its pouring down water from the little hole in the expansion tank with engine on. With the expansion tank closed and the bleeding screw just a little bit open it figuratively runs a river from the hole. No way its possible to bleed the engine in that way!? Or is this the only way? Dont think i have enough fluid if thats the case..

It will take hours, probably days to heat up a 320d in the garage. And i dont have the balls to take the car for a ride to test if my car will frie or not...

Anyone ? Pls

If you can find a spot to fill the radiator not 100% haven't really looked into the B47 motors if you use a hopper that would bleed it donut media did this to bleed a miatas coolant system.

Here's the link to that video on how they did it

Its no such hole on the radiator to make it possible to fill it up. Only Connections to the hooses

The Way i see it i got nothing else but the expansion tank and the bleeding nut to play with...

maybe BMW uses some kind of $1500 vacuum tool that makes this job fast and easy.... For the rest of us, sorry.. There is no manual way, fill up, prey for the best.

I got this Schwaben Vacuum Coolant Refill Tool - absolutely fantastic results! I have a large compressor, so no issues getting very good (almost) vacuum, and once the system fills up, the final level hardly ever drops after a long test drive!

Here is copy-paste of the official BMW procedure, when it says "electric coolant pump" with B47 it does not mean the main pump which is mechanical as you said, it means the smaller auxiliary pump. Cars with electrical main pump do not need to have their engine running at all.

Necessary preliminary tasks:
• Fill cooling system with vacuum filling unit.

Venting cooling system:
• Evacuate cooling circuit and charge with vacuum.
• Detach the vacuum filling unit and fill the coolant level in the expansion tank up to maximum.
• Leave lid on coolant expansion tank open.

Starting the cooling system bleeding procedure:
1. Switch the ignition on.
2. Set heater to maximum temperature and turn blower down to lowest speed.
3. Press accelerator pedal for 10 seconds to floor.
4. Then start the engine and run in idle.
5. The electrical shift valve and the electric coolant pump are automatically switched on.
6. Add coolant permanently up to maximum.
7. After 5 minutes idle:
- Press on accelerator 5 times up to approx. 2000 rpm.
- Idle for 10 s.
- Press on accelerator 5 times up to approx. 2000 rpm.
- Idle for 10 s.
8. Add coolant permanently up to maximum.
9. After another 5 minutes idle:
- Press on accelerator 5 times up to approx 2000 rpm
- idle for approx. 10 s.
- Press on accelerator 5 times up to approx. 2000 rpm.
- Idle for 10 s.
10. 10 minutes after the engine starts the charging/bleeding procedure for the electrical shift valve and electric coolant pump is ended.
11. Add coolant up to maximum
12. Close lid on coolant expansion tank.
13. Coolant routine ended.
