Boost Leak from BMS charge pipe.
Did a boost leak test and realized I'm leaking boost from the charge pipe connecting to the tb. Anything above mhd stage 1 throws the car into limp mode. I'm running the oem charge pipe gasket. Any recommendations? Thanks for looking!

I guess I'll try that. I might just change the entire charge pipe to the ones with the silicone hoses with clamps. Or if I could get a silicone hose to fit over the connections. What charge pipe are you running? How much boost are you making?

Replacing the O-ring should fix this issue

This might sound a little weird, but I've heard of people having issues installing charge pipes over this o-ring. Struggling with it can possibly damage or stretch it.
Typically, if you freeze an o-ring then apply a thin amount of pet (vaseline) to it right before install, it can make installation easier. The smoother the install, the less chance of damage. Freezing the o-ring will shrink it which limits interference during install. You just have to be gentle with it while putting around the TB. |

In aviation maintenance we use a similar item called 'Pet' (petroleum) but I don't recommend cross functional use with the aviation grade stuff.
