Problems with X7's Rear Seat Second Row

Hello,

I just got the car yesterday and I noticed that when I turn on the a/c for the second row, the left side of the vents are cooled but the right side of the vents is blowing hot air. I tried lowering to the "LO" on right side but it's still only blowing hot air. I've also tried max a/c and it still does the samething. I do have the 5 zone climate control. Can someone help me out? I want it to blow cool air instead of hot air.

Are you sure you checked all of the HVAC controls in iDrive? There are a lot of them and they give a lot of independent control for each row, to include independent control of each side in each row. Almost too much control until you figure out how the system works.

In the HVAC menu chose 'Sync', it will sync all settings to driver setting. This way you can see if the system is performing normally. If the right side still comes out warm, there may be something wrong with actuator control for that side.
