he says there is a 0.2 sec improvement from 60-130 mph. If true, this is a quite significant improvement. Dyno runs won’t show much difference. You only get a delta at high speeds because the scoops start pressing more and more air inside the airbox.

Wonder if any third party company will be creating scoops for those of us that just do drop in filters.

For sure, because the rest of this setup is really just a show piece. Hardly any performance gains from a lid I can't imagine.

I have always been a believer of a good set of high flow drop in filters. Throw them in and remove your charcoal filters at the same time.
