BMW offering 1 yr road side assistance with booking of an inspection, worth it?

Hi fellow BMW owners, I received an offer from BMW, it says

"Your BMW Roadside Assistance coverage will expire in 26 days. To keep providing you peace of mind on the road, book a BMW 55‑Point Inspection at your local BMW Retailer for only $59.95**, and receive an additional 1‑year complimentary Roadside Assistance and Accident Management^ (value of $109.50)"

My car is due for an oil change in October, factory warranty expires in early November, but I bought a 3-yr extended warranty.

So question is: is this a good offer to take? Thanks

Dirty answer: Depends.

I've owned 2 BMW's, with a combined 8 years of roadside assistance but never used it once. If you're a person that use RSA, then sure, otherwise, better to spend $60 on liquor.

If you have an extended warranty, then the $60 is only for RSA. Is it better than AAA? If you think so, get it. If you never use it, why bother.

Sounds like a ploy to find problems with your car and generate more sales for them in repairs.

In return for roadside coverage that you probably won't ever use.

Almost every extended warranty includes RSA. It’s pointless in your class. Don’t spend the money on booze. Take your significant other out to dinner.

Is it worth waiting on the side of the road for a few extra hours versus 100 bucks for a tow truck?

Ok. I'm getting this. Now I know why the wife doesn't always approved of my decision to recycle funs like this into a private "liquid lunch" and no include her.
