You're probably better off just hitting up Ben directly r33_RGSport for a first look/sanity check.

Yeah, the dealer will scrutinize you very hard on this one (for any potential warranty claim) as this issue can clearly be attributed to an aftermarket, non-BMW part and install. If anything though, I suspect the system might just need to be reset, like when you remove/rotate the wheels/tires.

I got this error on my x5. When you hit the up and down lever this should be a quick flick. If you hold the switch as it goes down or up it put the car into a service mode which prevents the car suspension moving when changing a tyre. Not sure if this is your issue but had this problem when I first got the car.

Drive around for a few minutes in the car and the air suspension will auto correct itself. Same thing happened with my car after installing the lowering links, after couple min driving the system corrected itself.

yes, I drove for a while and was back to normal, but i had a problem again with the right side is higher than the left side. then i tried switching to any mode that was high on the right and low on the left. Do you know how to solve this problem?

Has everything resolved itself or is the right side still not sitting at same height as left side?

Glad you got it resolved.

Sorry just saw the post.

Side note: Anytime you are going to lift the car, you have to disable the air suspension.
If I remember correctly, you have to toggle up the suspension height setting for 3 seconds then let go.
The indicator light should turned off.
Once you are done, do the same step and the light will turn back on and suspension fully functional.
