G20 M340i Stock vs MPE exhaust sound clips comparison

Recently upgraded to MPE and thought I'd scare some clips for the exhaust to show the difference.
Overall, crazy cold starts, crazy burbles, way louder exhaust note and upshift bangs, and negligible difference in comfort mode. Worth every penny.

Love it! I was out yesterday and really giving my MPE a workout...it sounds so good!

Cheaper for one. Can be included in a finance/lease, no issues ever with warranty (not that any other exhaust should but it's a no hassle mod), keeps the factory look, and is basically stock sounding in comfort which for a lot of people is key (myself included).

Sounds awesome, thanks for sharing!

Was tempted to go w the MPE but really wanted quad tips so ultimately went w Dinan. Getting installed Wednesday. I know there was a long BO on these but I'm sure more vids of that exhaust will start popping up too. Hands down the best mod to any car IMO is a good exhaust

Also, my dealership is a Dinan certified installer so most of the benefits Burrcold mentioned should apply if you have a local BMW in their network FYI

I went with Dinan. Just had it installed last week and it minor difference in comfort with valves closed. I ended up unplugging valve cable and running them open all the time.

In some cases they will allow you to return a lease with dealership installed parts, but I would check first.

Sounds sweet. My car's still in the shipping process but I didn't opt for a port install back then when I placed the order. Since the MPE exhaust isn't available on the official website somehow, is there a recommended place to purchase from? Or if I should just go ahead and consult with my sales?

I noticed yday my MPE at cold start [40deg here in Chicago] only has exhaust condensation coming out of the left tailpipe. Isn't it supposed to be flowing through both or is that only in certain modes / once its warmed up?

Only once it's warmed upon a bit and in Sport does the active valve open.

a good enough improvement ....
