Raising speed limit on highways

Interested if anyone knows of or is involved in any organized groups actively lobbying for raising the speed limit on Canadian highways. Only interested in serious, active and well organized groups.

Please don't fill this thread with opinions either way, just looking for information on the subject and groups.
