Lease Takeover: 2020 X3M

2020 X3M
  • Donington Gray Metallic
  • Black extended Merino Leather
  • Driving Assistance package
  • Executive Package
  • 21" Wheels
  • Front ventilated seats
  • M Sport Seats
  • Panoramic Sunroof
  • MSRP: $80,545.00

I think every option except competition

36 month / 12k per year lease

5,200 miles on the car currently. 30 Months left on lease with with over 30,000 miles left.

Current payment with Brake maintenance included (not sure if that is transferable) is $1087/mo.

I believe new owner would have to pay tax on top of my payment that includes tax already, so I will provide a $6,000 incentive which will reduce payment by $200/mo, or effectively make it $887/mo before your taxes. Or make an offer and I will think it over.

This car doesn't suit my fancy which is why it's going. To buy it outright, I would be looking for $69,000. IL taxes kill me on the buyout.

TTT

Got an early termination price from BMW finally. I would need $68K outright to benefit me over going the route of early termination. They tax the whole amount on a buyout vs early termination, luckily.

would you be willing to apply the $6k incentive to the buyout price of $68k?

It already is. When I buy it out I have to pay $5200 in sales tax which negates the $6K incentive pretty quickly. That's avoided with a lease transfer.
